Our Story The Whole You Spa has been a trusted part of the Riverdale community. Founded in 2002 by Mila Kochanova, a gifted massage therapist, the spa grew from her belief in caring for the whole person, not just treating a symptom. Drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities, Mila shared her knowledge generously and mentored many of the massage therapists who became part of The Whole You Spa family. Today, under new ownership, we’re proud to honor Mila’s legacy while carrying The Whole You Spa into its next chapter, expanding our services and introducing new treatments while preserving the personalized care and genuine connection at the heart of the spa. We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through GlossGenius up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or text us at (718) 884-9900. We do not accept cancellation or rescheduling requests by email.
You will receive appointment confirmations and reminders through GlossGenius so you have plenty of notice before your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
